12-Hour Cold Brew Extraction
Our coffee is slowly extracted over 12 hours to bring out its natural sweetness, smooth body, and rich aroma—without the harsh bitterness of traditional brewing.

Ultra-Low Temperature Freeze Drying
The coffee is freeze-dried at −76°C to help preserve its natural aroma and flavor while allowing it to dissolve quickly in both hot and cold water.
